If you publish books for the Kindle platform, this will definitely interest you.
When you submit your books for publishing, do you find that you spend an unnecessarily long time trying to determine the exact category for your book?
I used to. The perfect category never seems to be where you expect it to be, and very often I used to find myself selecting the nearest match because I couldn't find the exact category I wanted.

160 Kindle users were asked, in a recent survey, "How do you typically find ebooks that you ultimately buy?" 11.5% of those surveyed said they make their purchase selection by browsing through Kindle store categories.

There are in excess of 3,600 categories and subcategories available to choose from!
I decided to cure the problem by building a directory of all the Kindle categories and subcategories. It is easy to navigate between the various categories. All of the main categories are listed on the first page. Clicking on any of these categories will take you to a listing of the subcategories attached to that category.
The directory is also searchable. Just put your keyword, or any other search term, into the search box and, if that term is mentioned in any of the categories, it will instantly give you links to where that term is listed, allowing you to see the best fit for your book.

Now you can make your selection of the two categories that you are going to publish under before you submit your book by getting your own copy of my directory.
